Position Highlights: 

• 100% outpatient psychiatry – adult or child/adolescent focus 
• Monday–Friday with no call; 32 clinical + 8 administrative hours/week 
• Faculty appointment with academic rank aligned to your experience 
• Protected time for education, mentorship, and curriculum development 
• Psychiatry residency expanding to 30 residents by 2025 
• $350K base salary with bonus potential up to $419K 
• $25K sign-on bonus and up to $20K relocation package 
• 2-year income guarantee; then Salary + RVU incentives
