This position allows physicians to step into a respected role with a well-established patient panel in a dedicated 30-bed child and adolescent unit. You will work alongside a collaborative team of psychiatrists and experienced advanced practice providers who manage much of the administrative and medical support, allowing you to focus on patient care. The schedule prioritizes physician quality of life with a Monday–Friday structure, no weekend shifts, and minimal phone-only call responsibilities. With a starting salary of $350,000 (negotiable), total compensation around $380,000, and no state income tax, this opportunity provides both financial strength and professional fulfillment.
