Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

• Established Program: Join 3 OB/GYNs and 4 midwifes team 
• Four 10-hour workdays supporting strong work-life balance 
• Two clinic days per week with built-in administrative time 
• One to two dedicated OR days weekly 
• Balanced OB and GYN practice with strong surgical opportunity 
• Midwives take primary call, significantly reducing physician call burden 
• OB/GYN physicians primarily support high-risk deliveries, C-sections, and surgical cases 
• Approximately 10 days of call per month per contract agreement 
• OB volume averaging approximately 120 deliveries annually 
• Individual physician delivery volume averages 10–17 deliveries per year
