Practice Highlights: 

• General cases include ortho, endo, trauma, and occasional OB—no cardiac 
• 10–12 ORs daily; all cases at one main hospital 
• 54-hour work week: 3×10-hour shifts + 1 call day + post-call day off 
• Anesthesia residents onsite 24/7 take first call 
• CRNA on-site to support late-night cases after 11pm 
• $280–290/hour as a 1099 Independent Contractor 
• Additional call pay: $1,000 (Saturday), $750 (Friday/Sunday) 
• $50,000 signing bonus and $100,000 student loan repayment 
• Total earnings estimated at $695,520+ annually
