Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

• Academic anesthesiology role with teaching, mentorship, and faculty appointment 
• Base salary $490K–$500K+ based on academic rank 
• $40K sign-on bonus plus $10K relocation assistance 
• $15K–$20K annual quality bonus

• Practice in a Level I Trauma Center with high-acuity case exposure 
• Broad case mix including trauma, neurosurgery, vascular, and surgical oncology 
• Additional exposure to OB/GYN, high-risk obstetrics, ENT, ortho, urology, plastics 
• Advanced procedures including robotics, bariatrics, endoscopy, MRI, ECT, and TEE 
• Utilize general, neuraxial, MAC, and regional anesthesia techniques
