Dedicated DaVinci Xi robotic block time supports efficiency and procedural growth, while a balanced clinic and OR schedule allows you to tailor your workflow to your strengths. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

• Bread-and-butter Urology with abdominal, pelvic, and retroperitoneal surgery 
• Management of lower urinary tract dysfunctions and general urologic conditions 
• Provide inpatient and outpatient consultations; refer as clinically appropriate 
• Oversight of nurses, residents, APPs, and support staff as needed 
• Cover a single hospital with six residency programs 
• Dedicated DaVinci Xi robotic block available 
• One of few California markets without competition for market share 
• Large, underserved service area with immediate demand 
• Balanced schedule: 2–3 clinic days and 2–3 OR days weekly 
• Clinic volume typically 25–30+ patients per day, based on physician preference 
• OR volume averages 3–5 cases per full block day 
• Weekend call averages one case per day 
• Annual compensation range of $690,000–$702,000 
• Signing bonus, student loan repayment, and relocation assistance available
