• Full-time Urologist position in a busy, established practice 
• State-of-the-art facility with two da Vinci XI robots and Epic EMR 
• Join a team of four Urologists and five APPs 
• Call schedule: 1:5 rotation 
• Flexible schedule: Monday–Thursday clinic with half-day Fridays for admin 
• Competitive base salary of $625,000 plus RVU and quality bonuses—$1M+ potential
