Position, Compensation & Organization: 

• Employed by Texas’s largest not-for-profit health system 
• 1:1 medical assistant support for efficient clinic days 
• 3.5 clinic days + 1 dedicated OR day weekly 
• Average 22–23 patients daily in 20-minute appointment slots 
• Built-in 20–40 minutes of daily administrative time 
• Team of 2 PAs + 1 NP managing independent GYN panels 
• Subspecialty support (MFM, GYN Onc, REI) nearby 
• 60% obstetrics / 40% gynecology case mix 
• 100+ monthly deliveries across physician team 
• Only OB/GYN practice delivering in a 175,000-person service area
