Practice Highlights: 

• 4-day workweek (flexible options): 3 clinic days + 1 OR day (additional block time available) 
• Brand-new Da Vinci XI robot with strong GYN surgical volume 
• ~200 annual deliveries with low acuity and 10 days of call per month 
• 50/50 split between obstetrics and gynecology, 15 patients per day in clinic 
• Full-scope gynecology including routine care, problem visits, and surgical consultations 
• Currently 2 Providers and 3 strong NP’s on team along with experienced nurses, and full anesthesiology support 
• Shared call with midwife and internal coverage support 
• Dedicated ultrasound suite and six exam rooms onsite 
• Experienced team of NPs, nurses, and full anesthesiology support 
• Guaranteed base salary starting at $450k with RVU bonuses and incentive options. Bonus potential up to $50K, 500K+ total compensation.
