Location: Northern Oregon (2.5 hrs. from Portland, OR)
Duration:  July / August – Ongoing
Schedule: 2-4 weeks per month
Shift: Mon – Fri 8a-5p (8hr day)
Call: Yes
Patient volume: 18 patients / day – clinic
Scope: Outpatient clinic + Inpatient and ED call coverage
EMR: EPIC
Hospital: level 3 trauma center
Group/support: 1 Neurologist (placed by perm last year) Dr. Singh leaving for Fellowship
Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified with Oregon license
Credentialing timeline: 45-60 days 
Travel/Housing: Covered
Orientation process:  done 1^st day
