Practice, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

  • Established Hospice & Palliative Care program with CMS 5-Star rating 
  • Balanced 50/50 Hospice and Palliative Care case mix 
  • Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM 
  • Average of 4–5 patients per day 
  • Highly trained interdisciplinary team of specialists 
  • $300,000+ base salary with sign-on and quality bonus 
  • Medical Director stipend available for qualified candidates 
  • 6 weeks PTO plus 1 week CME 
  • Retirement plans including 457 plan and 6% employer 403(b) match 
  • $50,000 annual housing stipend provided
