A respected regional health system in Southern Oregon is seeking a General Urologist to join and help grow a highly needed urology service line with immediate patient demand. This opportunity offers the ability to step into a practice with significant referral volume and strong long-term growth potential. The incoming physician will work alongside an experienced senior urologist who has served the community for more than two decades and is available for mentorship and transition support. Physicians benefit from a flexible balance of clinic and OR time, allowing for customization based on interests and patient needs. Two Da Vinci Xi robotic systems support a wide range of minimally invasive procedures and future program growth. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

• Join an experienced senior urologist offering mentorship and support
