Obstetric care is supported by 24/7 in-house Laborists, enabling a sustainable lifestyle while remaining active in deliveries. • Physician-led private practice focused on full-scope FMOB 
• Collaborative FMOB team providing prenatal care and vaginal deliveries 
• Vaginal deliveries only with 24/7 in-house Laborist support for OB call 
• First-year income guarantee of $275K–$300K with potential up to $450K+
