Job Description

An Otolaryngology opportunity is available within a growing, high-demand practice offering immediate patient volume and strong referral support. This position allows physicians to join an established team as the group expands to meet increasing community need. The practice is located on campus, providing seamless access to hospital resources and enhancing clinical efficiency. Physicians will have the flexibility to focus on general ENT while also incorporating head and neck cases based on individual interests. With a structured compensation model transitioning from guarantee to productivity, this role offers both stability and long-term earning potential. This opportunity is ideal for physicians seeking a collaborative environment with strong institutional alignment and growth. 

 

Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

  • General ENT: Build subspecialty niche if desired 
  • Join a team of 3 established ENT physicians 
  • Schedule: 4-Day work week  
  • Call: low volume 1:4 – No facial trauma 
  • Inspire Therapy preferred – Allergy Optional 
  • Immediate patient volume with strong referral patterns 
  • Flexibility to incorporate head and neck subspecialty interests 
  • $600,000 guaranteed salary for first 2 years 
  • Year 3 transition to productivity model ($60 per wRVU) 
  • Eligible for performance bonuses starting Year 1 
  • $75,000 sign-on bonus 
  • $25,000/year student loan repayment for 3 years 
  • $20,000 immigration assistance available 
  • 6 weeks PTO plus 1 week CME 
  • $5,000 CME allowance 
  • Occurrence-based malpractice coverage fully provided
